FAQ
Do you travel for Destination weddings?
Yes, I absolutely do! I love photographing weddings across Europe and beyond. I charge a flat travel fee of £400 on top of my signature package for any European destination. While this doesn’t fully cover all travel and accommodation costs, I know how much goes into planning a wedding abroad — and if you’ve fallen in love with my work, I want to make it as easy as possible for you to take me with you.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. If you decide to cancel more than 3 months before your wedding day, only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations made within 3 months of your wedding date, the full remaining balance will still be due. This is because I reserve your date exclusively for you and often turn away other bookings.
I completely understand that choosing a photographer is a big decision — and sometimes things change. If you do need to cancel, I’ll always aim to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
Do you offer a Second Photographer?
Add a second photographer to any package for £300 and ensure no moment goes unseen. While one of us captures the key moments—like your ceremony, portraits, or first look—the second shooter can focus on candid reactions, guest interactions, and all those little in-between moments happening at the same time.
When Should we Book you?
As early as you can! Most couples book 12–18 months ahead, especially for peak summer dates. To avoid disappointment, I recommend getting in touch as soon as you’ve secured your venue and wedding date.
Are Travel Expenses Included?
Travel is included for venues within 40 miles of Leicestershire. Anything beyond that will have a small additional fee, which I’ll work out based on your venue’s location. I will always be upfront with you about any extra costs from the start
When will we Receive our Gallery?
I always aim to deliver your full gallery as quickly as possible — usually within 6–8 weeks. During peak wedding season, this may extend slightly to up to 12 weeks. I know how excited you’ll be to see your photos, which is why I’ll send you a sneak peek just a few days after the wedding to relive the magical time you have just had!
